Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a standard shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you have any offers?
Yes! Every order of ₹499 and above gets 5% off. It comes off automatically at checkout, no code needed.
How long does delivery take?
We take 2–3 days to prepare and dispatch your order. After that, delivery takes:
- Maharashtra: 2–3 days
- Outside Maharashtra: 4–7 days
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
No, we currently accept prepaid orders only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details on your registered email ID.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your order details before placing it.
Returns & refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is defective. In case of a defect, we can arrange an exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please share a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damaged product, so we can verify your claim.

How long do refunds take?
Once your refund claim is approved, we initiate the refund within 24–48 hours. The amount should reflect in your account within 4–5 working days, depending on your bank.

What is the jewellery made of?
Our jewellery is made of 316L stainless steel with 18K gold plating.
How do I keep it shining?
Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, soaps and chemicals to maintain its shine and longevity.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and generally suitable for sensitive skin. If your skin is extremely sensitive, we recommend testing it for a short period first.
Sizing
What bracelet sizes do you have?
Our kada bracelets come in two sizes:
- Baby size: for thin wrists, bangle sizes 2.2–2.4
- Regular size: bangle sizes 2.4 and above
What ring sizes do you have?
Our rings are available in sizes 6, 7 and 8.
