Where we ship

We currently ship across India.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 have a standard shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

We take 2–3 days to prepare and dispatch your order.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Within Maharashtra: 2–3 days
  • Outside Maharashtra: 4–7 days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of the courier, holidays or remote locations.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details on your registered email ID.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your order details before placing it.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please record a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damaged product, and contact us. See our Refund policy for details.
